Gulfstream Park’s 10-cent Rainbow 6 wager will be worth a guaranteed minimum of $1.5 million on Saturday, April 23, after there were no unique winning tickets on the wager April 22.

The entire pool of the Rainbow 6 will be dispersed April 23 and the pool is expected to be worth several million with the addition of New York Racing, all betting outlets in California, Woodbine and Parx Racing wagering into Saturday’s jackpot.

The Rainbow 6 has not been hit since Feb. 16 when the payoff was $81,868.76.

Gulfstream decided to disperse the Rainbow 6 Saturday because its closing day, Sunday, April 24 falls on Easter, a day when all New York betting outlets and Kentucky racetracks are closed.
