Jockey Robbie Davis was resting at home Monday as he recovered from a concussion sustained during Sunday's fifth race at Belmont Park. Davis was unseated after his mount, Prime Pine, appeared to clip heels with Hallucinogin during the 1 1/16-mile grass race.

"I've got a headache and I'm pretty sore," Davis said, "so I'll just lay low for a couple of days. "My neck really hurts; I think I had a kind of whiplash. I don't remember anything about what happened. I woke up in the ambulance, and I couldn't even tell the lady whom the horse was that I was riding. Then, I went out again and woke up in the hospital. I didn't know where I was. It was like a dream."

Davis was placed by Jorge Chavez on his one mount on Monday's Columbus Day card. With Belmont dark Tuesday and Wednesday, Davis is expected to be back in the saddle by this weekend.
