Graded stakes winner Attila's Storm sired his first winner when his daughter Rio Fresco won at Sunland Park March 29. Making her second start, she captured the 4 1/2-furlong race by a length in :52.65 for breeder/owner Todd White (VIDEO).

New Mexico-bred Rio Fresco is the first foal out of the winning Cape Canaveral mare Miss Willow.

Attila’s Storm (Forest Wildcat—Sweet Symmetry, by Magesterial) won the Toboggan Handicap (gr. III) and the Fall Highweight Handicap and placed in five graded stakes, including the Forego Stakes (gr. I), the Malibu Stakes (gr. I), and the Vosburgh Stakes (gr. I).

Attila's Storm stands for $1,500 at JEH Stallion Station-New Mexico Division near Hondo.
