The 2010 Oregon champions were announced and their connections honored at Oregon Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders’ Association’s annual awards banquet March 5 at Spirit Mountain Casino, in Grand Ronde Ore. Voted by ballot from the membership of the OTOBA, winners are as follows:
