Kimberly Justus, director of guest services for the New York Racing Association, has left the company due to personal family reasons, NYRA announced Feb. 19.

Justus joined NYRA in October 2008. In her role, she was responsible for all customer service functions.

“I appreciate the experience that NYRA has afforded me, and I have enjoyed my tenure while working for a great racing association,” Justus said. “Unfortunately, due to circumstances involving my family, I have decided my main focus needs to be on them.”

During her time with NYRA, Justus was involved with a number of important initiatives, including the launch of the successful NYRA Rewards Players Clubs at Aqueduct Racetrack and Belmont Park

“We will miss Kimberly’s presence and contributions,” said NYRA president and CEO Charles Hayward. “She was a valued member of the NYRA team, and we wish her nothing but the best in her future endeavors.”
