Maverick, a half brother to Eclipse Award winner Silver Charm, and Sequoyah, who is out of champion Chilukki, will stand in 2011 at Tim Keeley’s Sugar Cane Stables near Lake Charles, La.

Nine-year-old Maverick (Dixieland Band--Bonnie’s Poker, by Poker) has sired stakes-placed Royal Hay Patch, plus Gran Senora, a four-time winner in 2010. Maverick’s older half brother, Silver Charm, won the Kentucky Derby (gr. I) and the Preakness Stakes (gr. I) during his championship season. Maverick’s fee is $1,500.

Sequoyah, a 5-year-old son of A.P. Indy, is a half brother to the dam of Puerto Rican group II winner Cuqui's Love. Chilukki, by Chereokee Run, won five graded stakes as a champion 2-year-old filly. Sequoyah’s fee is $1,000.

Maverick and Sequoyah will stand for Keeley’s Main Street Thoroughbreds.
