Barretts has cataloged 392 horses for its 2011 January mixed sale. The auction will be held Jan. 24 at the Hinds Pavilion on the grounds of Fairplex Park in Southern California. It will begin at 10 a.m. (PST).
Horses entered in the sale include 93 yearlings and 97 2-year-olds by such sires as Belong to Me , Bertrando, Cherokee Run,Corinthian , Discreet Cat , In Excess, Proud Citizen , Rock Hard Ten, Stormy Atlantic , and Unusual Heat.
The 148 broodmares in the catalog are in foal to such stallions as A.P. Warrior, Artie Schiller , Bertrando, English Channel , Fusaichi Pegasus , Giacomo , In Excess, Pollard's Vision , Southern Image , Stormin Fever , and Unusual Heat.
