Breeders' Cup on Horse Racing Radio Network

For the fourth consecutive year, the Horse Racing Radio Network will provide live coverage of this year’s Breeders' Cup World Championships from Churchill Downs on Nov. 5-6. 

HRRN will broadcast four hours of live coverage from 4-8 p.m. ET Friday, Nov. 5, and will continue on with live coverage from 1-7 p.m. ET on Nov. 6.

Mike Penna, president of HRRN, will anchor the Breeders' Cup broadcasts along with analysts Jude Feld and Kurt Becker. Sean Clancy will provide paddock commentary and interviews.

 

In addition to the terrestrial broadcast, the HRRN coverage of the Breeders’ Cup will be streamed live around the world on www.breederscup.com and www.horseracingradio.net on both Championship Friday and Saturday.

 

HRRN will also host its “Breeders’ Cup Countdown Show” live from Churchill Downs each morning of Breeders’ Cup week beginning Tuesday, Nov. 2.  The Breeders’ Cup Countdown can be heard from 8-10 a.m. ET on HRRN’s flagship station, WLXO 96.1 FM in Lexington, and will be streamed on both the HRRN and Breeders’ Cup websites.
