Beethoven, a grade II winner, has been sold to Saudi Arabian interests for stallion duty, according to Schumer Bloodstock. Four-year-old Beethoven (Sky Mesa  —Moonlight Sonata, by Carson City) won the 2008 Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes (gr. II) on his way to winning three of seven races and earning $182,413 for owner John C. Oxley.
