Fueled by a track-record three-day carryover of $1,597,470 going into the weekend card, the wager also paid out $243.40 to an additional 4,944 players who selected five of the six winners. The amount wagered into the Pick Six pool on Sept. 4 totaled $5,059,121, just $4,315 below the track’s record for a single day of betting on the wager. The mark was set on closing day in 2007, Sept. 5. The six winners in the bet were Movie Duty ($7.40) in the 5th race; May Day Rose ($3.20) in the 6th; Dreamed to Dream ($8.40) in the 7th; Tell a Kelly ($11.20) in the 8th; Details R Sketchy ($10.80) in the 9th, and Harmony’s Hope ($22.40). Only May Day Rose was a favorite.
