Tri-County Farm on Auction Block

Ron Frederic's Tri-County Farm near Georgetown, Ky., will be auctioned Sept. 20. Frederic decided he needs to focus his time and attention not on 285 acres full of horses, but on his company New Image International.

"Horses were a great business, but things have changed so that I can no longer spend enough time on the farm to ensure its success, and it just wasn't consistent with needs of New Image," said Frederic in a release.

J.P. King Auction Company will handle the sale. The property includes four barns with a total of 65 stalls, four lakes, and a four-level home which is still under construction. Frederic said by letting the new owners finish the home, it can be built to their specifications.
