Graded stakes-placed Big Top Cat came through with his first winner when his daughter Ms Hard Catwon Aug. 13 at Evangeline Downs in her initial start. The filly captured the five-furlong race in :59.61 to win by 1 1/4 lengths for owner/trainer Brett A. Brinkman.
