A. P. Warrior's First Winner Scores by Six

Grade II winner A. P. Warrior   was represented by his initial winner when his daughter A. P. Song scored by six lengths at Philadelphia Park Casino & Racetrack July 30. Owned by Elliot Mavorah, A. P. Song ran the 4 1/2 furlongs in :52.46 (VIDEO).

James Bates is the breeder of Kentucky-bred A. P. Song, who is the first winner out of the Songandaprayer   mare Songandaflash.

A. P. Warrior (A.P. Indy  —Warrior Queen, by Quiet American  ) stood the 2010 season for $10,000 at Stonewall Farms Stallions near Versailles, Ky. He will be relocated to Stonewall Farm Ocala near Ocala, Fla.
