Ahmed Salman: 'It's Like it Happened at Home'
Prince Ahmed Salman, the prominent horse owner and breeder who is a member of Saudi Arabia's ruling family, said Tuesday's attacks in New York City and Washington, D.C., were catastrophic."It's like it happened at home," Salman, who raced dual classic winner Point Given, told the Louisville Courier-Journal. "America is our biggest ally so what happens to America happens to Arabia, same thing."Salman, who was contacted by the Courier-Journal while in Kentucky for the Keeneland September Yearling Sale, said he was stunned by the developments that led to a one-day postponement of the sale. "My sympathy to the people who are hurt and died," Salman said. "We've got to get them (those responsible for the attacks) and get them big. And do it like we do in Arabia: an eye for an eye. Apply that principle, 'eye for an eye', and you have peace of mind. "
