Brazilian group I-placed Azul Da Guanabara will stand in 2011 at Buffalo Creek Ranch near Langley, Okla., on behalf of a partnership.
A Brazilian-bred, Azul Da Guanabara placed in two Brazilian group I stakes, including the Grande Premio Ipiranga (the Brazilian Two Thousand Guineas), and also was group-placed in Dubai. In the United States, he won at Remington Park. For his career, he won or placed in seven of 14 races and earned $83,200.
Azul Da Guanabara (Aracai—Luz Da Guanabara, by Fast Gold) is a half-brother to Brazilian stakes winner Lira Da Guanabara.
A fee will be announced later.
