Osidy Filly Wins by 6 1/4 Lengths

First-crop filly Candi’s Kitten, by graded stakes winner Osidy, scored by 6 1/4 lengths at Evangeline Downs June 11 in her second start. Campaigned by Joey and Terri Gullo and Arnold Haynie Jr., Candi’s Kitten won the five-furlong race in :59.77 (VIDEO).

B. Wayne Hughes is the breeder of Louisiana-bred Candi’s Kitten, who is the first foal out of the winning Distorted Humor   mare Heavenly Psalm.

Osidy (Storm Cat--Que Belle, by Seattle Dancer) stands for $2,000 at Michele Rodriguez and Lee Daniel Thomas’ Elite Thoroughbreds near Folsom, La.
