"Hello Mike, this is Fred at Fred's Auto. I've got your 2001 Bravado here. It has something wrong with the electric brakes, I had to get a relay. Your friend Al brought it in and paid for it. You won't get parts until Tuesday because of the holiday. Listen Mike, it's not safe to drive. All right? All right. Thank you. Bye."
