Daddy Warbucks to Hourigan in New Mexico

Stakes winner Daddy Warbucks has been retired from racing to stand this breeding season at Hourigan Horse Farm near Anthony, N.M. He will stand for William H. Bright for a private fee.

A 6-year-old son of Valid Expectations  , Daddy Warbucks captured three stakes, including the $125,000 My Dandy Texas Stallion Stakes, and placed in four others. He finished first or second in nine of 23 races and earned $235,524.

Daddy Warbucks is out of the stakes-winning Geiger Counter mare Countess Delainea.
