Coolmore Australia has reduced many of its stallion fees for the 2010 season with one notable exception. Fastnet Rock will undergo a sizable increase, from $60,500 in 2009 to $137,500 in 2010, including GST.
“The racing season of 2009/10 has been a particularly exciting one for Coolmore Australia, for amidst all the racecourse success, it has heralded the dawning of Fastnet Rock as a sire of the highest caliber,” said Coolmore Australia general manager Michael Kirwan. “The deeds of his progeny, be it on the racetrack or in the sales ring, have marked him down as a champion sire in waiting.”
Coolmore Australia is located near Jerry’s Plains in New South Wales in Australia.
