The first foal by stakes winner Capitano is a colt born March 2 at Vince Tucciarone and Dawn Newman’s Fox Tale Stud near Coopersburg, Pa., where Capitano stands.The colt is the first foal out of the Full Mandate mare Suzy’s Mandate. Vicken and Suzy Meguerditchian are the breeders of the newborn.
