Peppers Pride, who holds the modern-day American record for consecutive wins, was bred March 27 to WinStar stallion Distorted Humor . She is boarded for owner Joe Allen at the Taylor family’s Taylor Made Farm near Nicholasville, Ky.
Peppers Pride was bred last year for the first time to Tiznow , but lost the foal.
Bred in New Mexico by Allen, Peppers Pride (Desert God—Lady Pepper, by Chili Pepper Pie) won all 19 races and earned $1,066,085.
