Aqueduct track-record holder Captain Red will stand for a private treaty at the Virginia Equine Research facility at Morgan Mills near Jeffersonton, Va.

A 13-year-old son of Mr. Greeley, Captain Red holds the six-furlong inner track record of 1:07.93 at Aqueduct. In his career, he won 13 of 47 races, earned $368,231, and placed in the Toboggan (gr. III) and Rockingham Park Sprint Handicaps.

Captain Red, who has sired several winners, is out of the stakes-producing Relaunch mare Mary Roland. He formerly stood at Saratoga Glen Farm near Schuylerville, N.Y.
