The New York Racing Association has introduced Owner’s Virtual Stable, powered by Equibase, a system that will notify owners by e-mail when their horses are entered to race.

“I believe that our owners will really appreciate the option to receive e-mail alerts when their horses are entered,” said NYRA chairman C. Steven Duncker.

NYRA will manage owner e-mail addresses through the InCompass Race Track Operations software, the technology that supports the operations of NYRA’s racing office and horsemen’s bookkeeper office.
E-mail notifications will be automatically generated when the overnights are final, and will be sent to all owners with e-mail addresses on file with NYRA. Owners who don’t currently have their e-mail addresses on file and wish to receive notifications can call the racing office at (718) 659-2235, or horsemen’s relations at (718) 659-2205 to sign up.

The customized e-mail alerts will also include a link to the NYRA overnight, an Equibase past performance for the race, and links to purchase full past performance products for the entire card.
