Two major snowstorms in less than a week led Charles Town Races & Slots to cancel live racing through Feb. 14.
The West Virginia track last raced Feb. 4. Thus far, heavy snow--more than two feet of it--has forced cancellation of eight consecutive programs. The facility remains open for full-card simulcasts.
Live racing is scheduled to resume Feb. 17. Charles Town races five days a week on a Wednesday-through-Sunday schedule.
