Bankrupt Magna Entertainment Corp. has for the third time this year pushed back the auction involving the Maryland Jockey Club properties, the Baltimore Sun reported recently on its Web site. The new date for the auction is Feb. 23. It had been scheduled for Feb. 10.
According to the Sun, Magna did not give a reason for a delay in court records.
Laurel Park and Pimlico are among the assets that will be sold.
