Nominations for the $250,000 Fasig-Tipton Fountain of Youth Stakes (gr.II) close Feb. 6. The Fountain of Youth, to be run on Feb. 20, is for 3-year-olds at 1 1/8 miles at Gulfstream Park.

Also closing on Feb. 6 are nominations for the $150,000 Hutcheson Stakes (gr. II) for 3-year-olds at seven furlongs, the $150,000 Canadian Turf Stakes (gr.IIIT) for 4-year-olds and up at one mile on the turf, and the $100,000 Honey Fox Stakes (gr. III) for fillies and mares at one mile on turf

An all-star cast of probables for the Fountain of Youth include Kingfield Stable’s Buddy's Saint, Robert LaPenta and Jacks or Better Farm’s Jackson Bend  , Zayat Stables’ Eskendereya  , Dogwood Stable’s Aikenite  , WinStar Farm’s Drosselmeyer  , and Flying Zee Stable’s Pulsion.

Edward P. Evans’ Quality Road   won the Fountain of Youth last year prior to his victory in the Florida Derby (gr. I).
