Henrythenavigator

The first reported foal by Irish champion Henrythenavigator   is a colt born Jan. 20 at Ashford Stud near Versailles, Ky., where Henrythenavigator stands at stud.

The newborn is out of Eclipse Award winner Jewel Princess (by Key to the Mint), the dam of stakes winner One Nice Cat, graded stakes-placed Home Court, and the dam of El Caballo, winner of the Jan. 23 Colonel E.R. Bradley Handicap (gr. IIIT).

Henrythenavigator (Kingmambo—Sequoyah, by Sadler's Wells) was a mile classic winner in Ireland and England. His other stakes performances included a runner-up effort in the 2008 Breeders’ Cup Classic (gr. I).

Henrythenavigator, who stood for $65,000 in 2009, will stand for $40,000 in 2010..
