A Bernardini filly foaled Jan. 19 is the first horse born at Paul Mills near Versailles, Ky., since Ben P. Walden Jr. and his wife, Elaine, purchased the farm in 2008. The newborn filly is out of the graded stakes-winning Chief’s Crown mare Coronation Cup.
Coronation Cup is booked to Pauls Mill stallion U S Ranger , who enters stud this year.
