Buckle Down Ben

Graded stakes winner Buckle Down Ben will stand in 2010 at Leigh Ann Richwine’s Richwine Farm near Anderson, Ind. His fee is $500.

An 11-year-old son of Devil His Due  , Buckle Down Ben won or placed in five stakes, three of which were graded, and earned $367,743. He won the Laurel Futurity (gr. III) at 2.

Buckle Down Ben, who provides an attractive outcross because he is free from the pervasive blood of Northern Dancer and Mr. Prospector, is one of five stakes horses out of the stakes-placed Flying Paster mare Flying Hill.

Buckle Down Ben formerly stood at Xanthus Farms near Gettysburg, Pa.
