New Titles for Three NTRA/Breeders' Cup Officials

Keith Chamblin has been promoted to senior vice president -- marketing and industry relations for the National Thoroughbred Racing Association, the organization said Thursday. In addition, Ben Haggin was promoted to vice president -- member relations, and the duties of Damon Thayer, now vice president -- Breeders' Cup and event marketing.

Chamblin previously served as vice president of marketing and industry relations, while Haggin was director of horsemen's relations. Both are based in the NTRA's Lexington office. Thayer, also based in Lexington, previously held the title of vice president of marketing for Breeders' Cup.

The NTRA and Breeders' Cup embarked on a joint operating agreement Jan. 1 of this year. Both now occupy the same office space.
