Millionaire Victory Speech's first winner came out Aug. 12 when Winning Talk won at six furlongs at Monmouth Park. Bred by Lazy E Ranch, the colt races for Peter H. Shannon Jr. Victory Speech (Deputy Minister--Ida's Image, by Alydar) stood the past breeding season at Ashford Stud near Versailles, Ky., and will stand the Southern Hemisphere season at Haras La Quebrada in Argentina.
