Bernstein's Fee Reduced

Castleton Lyons (Shane Ryan, president) has reduced the fee for Bernstein to $25,000 from $27,500 and will stand Action This Day   and Toccet   for $5,000. The farm is located near Lexington.

In other news, Castleton Lyons has decided to race Gio Ponti   in 2010. Gio Ponti, the leading candidate for champion turf male, is scheduled to contest the Dubai World Cup (UAE-I) in the spring. Gio Ponti, who has won four grade I turf stakes this year, finished second in the Breeders' Cup Classic (gr. I).
