Max's Pal On the Move to Indiana

Max's Pal   has been relocated to the Indiana Stallion Station near Anderson, Ind., for the 2010 breeding season. The 14-year-old son of Marquetry previously stood at Lambholm South near Reddick, Fla. He will be standing as the property of a syndicate and will stand for $1,500 live foal.

Max’s Pal is out of the Storm Cat mare Singin Up  Storm.

On the track, Max’s Pal won 12 of 26 starts , winning nine stakes and earning $728,896. He won seven stakes as a 3-year-old in 2000 including the Best Turn and Fred “Cappy” Capossela Stakes at Aqueduct and the Hirsch Jacobs Stakes at Pimlico.

At 4 he won the $150,000 James B. Moseley Breeders’ Cup Handicap and placed in the Philadelphia Park Breeders’ Cup Handicap (gr. III).

As a sire, Max’s Pal is represented by a pair of stakes winners: Heaven’s Flame and Ready to Rock.
