Kevin Scatuorchio and Bryan Sullivan’s Let’s Go Racing Stable went to $630,000 to purchase a Candy Ride   colt from Padraig Campion’s Blandford Stud during the Sept. 17 session of the Keeneland September yearling sale.

"We thought he was the best colt in book 2 (Wednesday-Thursday sessions) and one of the best in the sale," said Sullivan.

The managing partners of the Let’s Go operation said the colt would be sent to J. J. Pletcher in Florida to be prepared for racing and would eventually go to Pletcher’s son, trainer Todd Pletcher, at the track.

Produced from the unraced Septieme Ciel mare Heaven’s Gate, the colt is a half-brother to grade II winner This Ones for Phil and to stakes winner Tap Dancer.

He was bred in Kentucky by E & D Enterprises and the Candy Ride Syndicate.
