The Ontario division of the Canadian Thoroughbred Horse Society (CTHS) has 464 horses cataloged for its Canadian-bred yearling auction. The select session is scheduled for Sept. 8 and the open session for Sept. 12 at the Woodbine Sales Pavilion at Woodbine racetrack near Toronto.

United States-based stallions with offspring in the sale include Broken Vow  , Candy Ride  , Cozzene, Forest Wildcat, Grand Slam  , Holy Bull  , Langfuhr  , Medaglia d'Oro  , Milwaukee Brew  , Mutakddim, Northern Afleet  , Smart Strike  , Stormy Atlantic  , Street Cry, Tale of the Cat  , and Tapit  . Also offered are yearlings by top Canadian sires, including Best of the Bests, Bold Executive, Niigon, Old Forester, Philanthropist, Survivalist, Tomahawk  , and Trajectory.
 
“We’re very pleased with the high quality and diversity of this year’s catalogue,” said Julie Coulter, general manager of the Ontario division of CTHS. “These yearlings look destined for success on the track.”
 
The CTHS will be offering a live Webcast throughout both sessions of the auction.
