(Edited Del Mar release)
Ten fillies and mares have been nominated for the Aug. 9 Clement L. Hirsch Stakes (gr. I), the anticipated next start for unbeaten Zenyatta.

Shirreffs also has nominated Life Is Sweet, who was being primed for the Aug. 2 San Diego Stakes but was withdrawn before entry time.
Trainers Barry Abrams and John Sadler have nominated a pair each. Abrams’s nominees are Hot n’ Dusty and Lethal Heat, while Sadler offers Dawn After Dawn and Dawn Before Dawn.
The other nominees: Anabaa’s Creation, trained by Julio Canani; Briecat, trained by Vladimir Cerin; the Doug O’Neill-trained Champagne Eyes; Richard Mandella’s Patricia’s Gem, and Tidal Dance, trained by Peter Eurton.
