Fast Serve First Winner for Wimbledon

Grade II winner Wimbledon gets his first winner.

Grade II winner Wimbledon   was represented by his first winner when his son Fast Serve won May 24 at Lone Star Park. Making his initial start, Fast Serve ran the five furlongs in :58.74 to win by a half-length for breeder/owner Clarence Scharbauer Jr.

Texas-bred Fast Serve is the second foal out of the stakes-placed Gold Regent mare Rockin Regent.

Wimbledon (Wild Rush—Strawberry Clover, by Darn That Alarm) stands for $3,000 at Scharbauer’s Valor Farm near Pilot Point, Texas.
