Millionaire Helmsman was represented by his first winner when his 2-year-old son Holdthehelm won July 16 at 5 1/2 furlongs at Hollywood Park. Bred by Brereton C. Jones, Holdthehelm races for a partnership of Carmel and Carmel. Helmsman (El Gran Senor--Sacred Journey, by King's Bishop) stands at Tom Bachman's Pegasus Ranch near Petaluma, Calif.
