Three Chimneys Farm announced March 12 that several notable mares have already been confirmed in-foal to first year sire Big Brown  . Mares confirmed in-foal include Santaria, dam of grade II stakes winners and stallions Medallist   and Air Commander  , as well as Formidable, who is scheduled to run in this Saturday’s Gulfstream Park Handicap (gr. II), and Impressive Attire, who is a daughter of multiple grade I winner Sharp Cat.
 
Last year’s champion 3-year-old male, Big Brown won four grade I stakes in 2008, including the Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands, Florida Derby, and Preakness Stakes, He also won the Monmouth Stakes on the turf.
 
Big Brown stands at Three Chimneys Farm for a fee of $65,000 stands and nurses.
