Randy Graf, who was a board member of the Indiana Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association, died Jan. 13. A lifelong resident of Clark County, Ind., Graf was a breeder/owner and a vice president of the ITOBA.
He is survived by his wife, Mary, and two sons.
