Grade I winner Double Trouble has been retired from racing to become a broodmare. The daughter of Wild Event is booked to Unbridled's Song  .

In 2008, Double Trouble captured the Santa Maria Handicap (gr. I) and placed in the Santa Margarita Invitational Handicap (gr. I) for owner Patricia Bozano and trainer Bobby Frankel. She had begun her career racing in her native Brazil, where she was a group winner for her breeder, Haras Doce Vale.

Foaled in 2003, Double Trouble retired with seven wins and seven placings from 21 starts and earnings of $382,468. She is out of the Ghadeer mare Route Sixty Six.
