Race Track Chaplaincy Hires Pair

Race Track Chaplaincy of America officials announced today that, as part of the basic restructuring of the organization, they have hired Rev. Ron Fraker as director of operations and John Roark as director of fundraising.

Rev. Fraker has been a Foursquare minister for 21 years.  He was a professor at Life Pacific College for 5 years, a police detective for 10 years, and has owned several businesses in Southern California.  He has also served as president of RTCA division of Southern California and as the vice-president of RTCA national.

 Roark is a trial lawyer in Temple, TX, where he also is board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Civil Trial Law.
