MTHA to Honor Industry Workers

The Maryland Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association has announced its 2008 award winners. A presentation of the honors will take place at the organization’s annual Christmas party at Laurel Park Dec. 1.

This year’s honorees are as follows:

--Backstretch employees: Carlos Mancilla, employed by Chris Grove, Bowie; Catherine Thompson, employed by Katy Voss, Laurel Park; and Camilo Damian, employed by Holly Robinson, Pimlico
