Magic Millions Sale Has 1,327 Yearlings

The catalog for the Conrad Jupiters Magic Millions yearling sale in Australia has been finalized and can be viewed online at www.magicmillions.com.au. There 1,327 horses entered in the auction, which begins Jan. 7, 2009. Other sessions will be held Jan. 8-11 and Jan. 15 and 16.

Sires with yearlings in the catalog include Encosta de Lago (39), General Nediym (37), Jet Spur (36), More Than Ready  (35), Stratum (33), Commands (31), Fastnet Rock (31), Flying Spur (31), Testa Rossa (31), Show a Heart (30), Hussonet (29), Redoute's Choice (26), and Rock of Gibraltar (26).

"The catalogue is outstanding," said Magic Millions managing director David Chester. "Those who come to the Gold Coast each year know they can come and find dozens of yearlings to suit their budget. It's not an elitist sale, and you don't need to have to have a massive budget to find your own racetrack success story.
