CTHS Winter Mixed Sale Has 187 Horses

The Ontario division of the Canadian Thoroughbred Horse Society (CTHS) has cataloged 187 horses for its winter mixed sale, which will be held Nov. 29 at the Woodbine in Toronto. The auction will start at 2 p.m. (EST).

There are 104 broodmares, one stallion, 31 weanlings, 27 yearlings, and 24 horses of racing age. Sires represented by broodmares in foal or yearlings include Bold Executive, Bold n’ Flashy, Domasca Dan, Langfuhr  , Marquerty, Mobil, Niigon, Peaks and Valleys, Seeking the Best, Slew City Slew  , Survivalist, Tethra, Tomahawk, and Where’s the Ring.
 
“Our winter sale has become an annual attraction for both racing and equestrian-sport enthusiasts alike,” said Julie Coulter, the CTHS General Manager. “Whether you’re looking for a Thoroughbred for riding or sport, racing or breeding, there’s something here for everyone.”
