Grade I winner and millionaire Ten Most Wantedhas been purchased by Magali Farms for stallion duty at the Santa Ynez, Calif., farm. His fee is $5,000.

“I am so impressed with his 2-year-olds we’ve had in training,” said farm manager Hudson. “When he became available, we knew he’d be a perfect fit for California breeders.”    

By Deputy Commander, Ten Most Wanted was one of the top 3-year-olds of 2003. He posted a 112 Beyer Speed Figure in winning the Travers Stakes (gr. I) over Peace Rules, Strong Hope  , and Sky Mesa  , and also took the Super (gr. II) and Illinois (gr. II) Derbys. He ran second in the Belmont (gr. I) and Swaps (gr. II) Stakes. He earned a career total of $1,718,460.

Ten Most Wanted is out of the Criminal Type mare Wanted Again, who is a half-sister to millionare Cutlass Reality. He is from the female family of successful sire More Than Ready. 

Ten Most Wanted stood in 2008 at Sequel Stallions New York near Hudson for $7,500.
