Taylor Made Farm announced Unbridled's Song will stand in 2009 for the same $150,000 fee that he stood for in 2008. This year, Unbridled’s Song is represented by 14 stakes winners, including grade I winners First Defence, Thorn Song, and probable 2-year-old champion male Midshipman, winner of the Bessemer Trust Breeders’ Cup Juvenile (gr. Taylor Made Farm, operated by the Taylor family and located near Nicholasville, Ky., dropped the fee of Forestry to $40,000 from $100,000.
“We have set our 2009 fees at a level to be reflective of both breed-to-race and breed-to-sell market conditions,” said Ben Taylor, vice president of Taylor Made Stallions.
Two other stallions standing at Taylor Made, Northern Afleet and Southern Image, stand for Taylor Made/WinStar Venture Stallions. WinStar Farm, located near Versailles, Ky., is owned by Bill Casner and Kenny Troutt.
