Empire Maker, 12th on this year’s leading second-crop sires list by progeny earnings, will stand once again for $100,000 at Khalid Abdullah’s Juddmonte Farms. His stakes winners include grade II winner Mushka, who sold for $2.4 million at the Keeneland November breeding stock sale.
Juddmonte, located near Lexington, upped the fee for Mizzen Mast (to $25,000 from $20,000) and dropped the fee for Aptitude (to $10,000 from $20,000). The farm earlier announced a $20,000 fee for newcomer First Defence.
