Forest Secrets will seek to replicate her Acorn victory in the Mother Goose.
Despite the defection of Kentucky Oaks (gr. I) winner, Flute, Saturday's $250,000 Mother Goose Stakes (gr. I) at Belmont Park remains strong with 10 fillies vying to capture the middle leg of the "Triple Tiara."

Robert and Lawana Low's Real Cozzy has battled through problems in six starts this year, winning three times with a runner-up finish in the Kentucky Oaks and a third in her last start, the Acorn (gr. I).

Stretching out one furlong from the one-mile Acorn should benefit the late running daughter of Cozzene.

"It looks like there's going to be plenty of speed in the race and she should get a good, honest pace to run at," said trainer Danny Peitz. "In the Acorn, she had to chase a bit and the other's didn't really back up."

Real Cozzy will get some time off following the Mother Goose and be pointed for the grade I Alabama at Saratoga on Aug. 18.

Debby Oxley's Forest Secrets was extraordinarily game in winning the Acorn at 50-1 in just the third start of her career. The Forest Wildcat filly broke her maiden at first asking then was second in a Churchill Downs allowance while in season, according to trainer Donna Ward.

Trainer Mark Henning will enter the talented duo of Mystic Lady and Tap Dance. Tap Dance recorded her first allowance win at Gulfstream this winter and went on to win the Bonnie Miss two starts later. She was fifth in the Kentucky Oaks and third in the Black Eyed Susan. Mystic Lady scored her first stakes win last fall at Calder. She has since won three graded races including the Jersey Derby against males in her last start.

The Field for Saturday's Mother Goose includes: Indy Glory (Jerry Bailey); Two Item Limit (Richard Migliore); Exogenous (Robbie Davis); Tap Dance (Edgar Prado); Mystic Lady (Filiberto Leon); Forest Secrets (Jorge Chavez); Real Cozzy (Larry Melancon); Zonk (Jose Velez Jr.); and Lady Katie (Javier Castellano).
