First Winners for Marlin, Urgent Request

Millionaires Marlin and Urgent Request were represented by their first winners June 27. Marlin's daughter Past You won at five furlongs in :58.77 at Hollywood Park. Two races later, Urgent Request's son Rainman's Request scored in :59.22.
Marlin (Sword Dance--Syrian Summer, by Damascus) stands at the Turkish Jockey Club. He formerly stood at Brereton C. Jones' Airdrie Stud near Midway, Ky. Urgent Request (Rainbow Quest--Oscura, by Caro) stands at Monty and Pat Roberts' Flag Is Up Farms near Solvang, Calif.
